Am I required to sign a lease?

A lease is not required; however, by signing a month-to-month lease you are guaranteed no price increase for at least 12 months. Yes. The deposit is $1000.00 and secures an apartment for you. If you decide after paying the deposit that you will not be moving in, you will be refunded your deposit minus $100.00. If you do move in, your deposit will earn interest and will be refunded to you at the time of move-out.
